Elite5999 provides free shipment for products to all customers worldwide. Due to the popularity of our products, the shipping process takes between 7-25 days to the USA and up to 45 days worldwide. We have multiple warehouses globally, meaning we can comfortably deliver products to your doorstep. Once we get your order and commence shipping, you are not allowed to cancel the order. Just sit tight and wait, it will be worth it in the end. If there are any problems during shipping , we'll do our best to help you sort it out.
Also, for shipping, we required up to 8 weeks for delivery orders before they are listed as missing. After 8 weeks, you can request for a refund or a resend.

Elite5999 only accept refund if the product is damaged on arrival or was sold not as described.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and or duties are non-refundable and is responsibility of the buyer.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The customer has to contact us first and ask us for an RMA number, and returns must come with an RMA number for identification. The customer is also responsible for packaging the item as originally packaged upon receiving it. We might not issue the full refund the package doesn't arrive properly. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

Earrings, socks, stockings, and underwear are non-refundable because of hygiene and safety. 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned packages.
